Gabriel Rosset, heart and work

Gabriel Rosset has led a mission – we should rather say a fight – spiritual, temporal, religious and secular, as a teacher in the public sector, by serving the poor, but also as a Christian. The documentary emphasizes the many questions raised by his fight through his life and work. The question of a man, a true believier and deeply secular whose teaching career in the public sector has earned him the « Légion d’honneur ». The question of a charitable institution of Christian inspiration (Notre Dame des Sans Abris), initiator of new systems of care for victims in extreme precariousness. The question of a man’s christian spiritual quest, a man totally devoted to humanity and who could retreat to the Cistercian monks of the Notre-Dame-des-Dombes abbey for days on.
