Nowadays, we don’t necessarily die of a cancer. We are led to live with it longer. So, how to live with your best enemy? From a taboo subject, we have come to a society topic which spreads out in the open: blogs, associations, magazines are emerging. They allow informing, to share, to break loneliness in the face of illness and unify wishes to give birth to projects or lead actions to change the minds. The experience of disease sometimes allows making ideas, projects, life changes emerge. To transform the illness trial into something positive is the first step towards healing.
Lili, Denis, Séverine and Nathalie give their testimonials full of emotions, and humor on the way they succeeded to go through disease, reinvent themselves. Lili 2.0, colorful and dynamic animated character, that symbolizes cohabitation with cancer, question us and inform us, on a shifty tone.
This documentary gives us another way to see and understand the illness.
